Compact centre
The town is drawn as a small, orderly group of blocks and streets, and it reads clearly as the focal point of the rural landscape around it.

Sinwŏn-ŭp Map Poster & Print
Sinwŏn-ŭp is the administrative town of Sinwŏn County in South Hwanghae Province, in the southwest of North Korea. The province is largely agricultural, and the map reflects that setting. A compact settlement of streets and blocks sits among broad cultivated land, while roads and irrigation lines cross the countryside toward neighbouring towns.
Little detailed public information about the town is available, so this map is best read for its shapes rather than its landmarks. The built-up area appears as a modest, regular cluster, with main roads leading out across the flatter ground. Low hills and field boundaries give the outer parts of the composition gentle texture without competing with the centre.
A Sinwŏn-ŭp map poster offers a rare view of a place few people ever see in person. In simple black lines on a pale ground, the pattern of town and fields becomes a calm, spare image. It suits anyone with family ties to the region or an interest in the geography of the Korean peninsula.

Agricultural plain
Wide cultivated land surrounds the town, divided by field edges and channels that create a fine, repeating pattern across the outer poster.
Roads outward
A handful of main roads leave the centre across the plain toward other settlements in the province, giving the composition clear lines of direction.
