Panāgar is a town in Jabalpur district, Madhya Pradesh, a short distance north of the city of Jabalpur. From above, it follows the main highway heading north. The densest streets gather along and beside the road, and lanes branch off into residential neighbourhoods that gradually give way to the open farmland around the town.
