Close-knit lanes
The town centre is a tight network of narrow lanes between walled plots, a traditional pattern that appears as intricate, closely spaced lines.

Abrīsham Map Poster & Print
Abrīsham lies in Isfahan province, in the fertile plain to the southwest of the city of Isfahan. The name means silk in Persian. From above, the town shows the compact, closely built fabric typical of older Iranian settlements, with narrow lanes weaving between walled plots and a few wider roads cutting through to connect it with neighbouring towns.
The surrounding land belongs to the basin of the Zayandeh Rud, the river that has sustained farming around Isfahan for centuries. On the map, fields and orchards crowd right up to the edge of the town, crossed by irrigation channels and field tracks. The pattern is dense and fine, with very little truly empty ground, reflecting how intensively this plain has been worked.
An Abrīsham map poster shows a town that is part of Isfahan's agricultural hinterland rather than its famous monumental core. It is a map of lanes, walls, channels and orchards, rendered with precision in black and white. For anyone who grew up here or has family in the town, it captures the particular closeness of streets and fields that defines the place.

Irrigated plain
Fields and orchards press against the town on every side, part of the long-cultivated farmland of the Zayandeh Rud basin.
Links to Isfahan
Wider roads run through the town toward nearby settlements and the city, giving the dense fabric a few strong, straight axes.

De ce Abrīsham
O hartă care înseamnă ceva
Abrīsham is a map for people who carry the town with them: the walk through the lanes, the orchards at the edge of town, the family house. It keeps that place visible wherever you live.
Write your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, and select Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The dense lane pattern looks especially crisp in Classic and Noir.
