Lynwood Map Poster & Print
Lynwood lies in southern Los Angeles County, between Compton, South Gate and Paramount, on the flat plain that stretches toward Long Beach. From above, it is a small, tightly defined city with a fairly regular street grid of single-family homes, commercial avenues and schools, bounded by some of the region's most recognisable infrastructure.
Two freeways shape the map. The Glenn Anderson Freeway, Interstate 105, cuts east to west through the city, while the Long Beach Freeway, Interstate 710, runs along its eastern edge next to the Los Angeles River. The river here is a wide concrete channel, and on the poster it forms a strong, smooth line beside the curving freeway ramps and interchange.
To the west, Alameda Street and its rail corridor mark another straight boundary. A Lynwood map poster shows a classic Southern California pattern: an orderly residential grid enclosed by freeways, a river channel and major corridors, with parks and school grounds appearing as open blocks among the streets.

Los Angeles River
The concrete-lined river runs along Lynwood's eastern edge. On the poster its wide channel forms a clean, continuous line beside the freeway.
Residential grid
Inside its borders, Lynwood's streets form a fairly regular pattern of blocks. The even rhythm gives the map a calm, orderly centre.

De ce Lynwood
O hartă care înseamnă ceva
Lynwood is a place people know closely: the blocks where they grew up, the schools, the routes to the freeway. A map captures that everyday geography in a clean, graphic form, which suits current residents and anyone who has moved away from Southern California.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a street name or graduation year. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download HD files for $9, or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
