Quevedo Map Poster & Print
Quevedo lies in the province of Los Ríos, on the fertile lowlands between the Andes and the Pacific coast of Ecuador. The Quevedo River runs through the middle of the city, and the map is organised around it: dense central blocks on both banks, bridges joining them, and neighbourhoods fanning out along the roads that lead across the plain.
The surrounding region is one of the country's agricultural heartlands, producing bananas, cacao and other crops, and Quevedo has grown as the market and transport centre for that production. On the map, the regular street grid of the centre gives way at the edges to plantations and farm roads laid out in long, straight lines.
The city is also known for the Chinese immigrants who settled here in the twentieth century and left a lasting mark on its commerce and cuisine. A Quevedo map poster offers a portrait of a working river town, shaped by water, trade and the productive farmland all around it.

Central grid
Tightly packed rectangular blocks on both banks form the commercial heart of the city, a dense and even texture that prints with great clarity.
Farmland edges
Beyond the urban area, plantations and straight farm tracks create a large-scale geometric pattern, softening into the lowland landscape around the city.

De ce Quevedo
O hartă care înseamnă ceva
Many families across Ecuador trace their story to Quevedo, and many more have passed through it on journeys between the coast and the highlands. A map of the city is a warm reminder of that crossroads and of home.
Write a name, a date or a short phrase in Spanish in the title and subtitle, keep or change the coordinates, and choose one of five styles. Paper and Sand suit the river city well, and Noir adds contrast.
