Market core
The oldest part of town is a tight weave of lanes around its markets. It forms the darkest, most detailed area of the drawing.

Bilhaur Map Poster & Print
Bilhaur is a town and tehsil headquarters in Kanpur Nagar district, northwest of Kanpur, in the wide alluvial plain of the Ganges. The land here is flat and heavily farmed, and the town's plan reflects that. A dense centre of lanes and bazaars sits where the roads meet, and it quickly gives way to scattered buildings, orchards and fields.
From above, the roads are the main structure. A main route carries traffic through the town, and smaller roads branch off toward surrounding villages, while the old core stays a close weave of narrow streets. The Ganges flows not far away. On a wider view, its broad channel and sandbanks bring a large, gently curving shape into the frame.
A Bilhaur map poster keeps this pattern simple: the compact centre, the roads out into the plain and plenty of open space for the fields. It is a quiet subject, and it suits someone who comes from the town or the district and wants a precise record of home, not a generic image of Uttar Pradesh.

Roads into the plain
Roads leave the centre in several directions toward nearby villages. They cut long, simple lines across the flat farmland.
Near the Ganges
The river lies a short distance from town. A wider crop can include its broad channel, which gives the map a strong natural curve.
