Le faʻafanua
Mogán is a municipality in the southwest of Gran Canaria, reaching from the mountainous interior down to a sheltered, sunny coastline. Its geography is dominated by barrancos, deep ravines that cut from the island's centre to the sea. The old village of Mogán sits inland in one of these valleys, while most residents and visitors are found along the coast.
Puerto de Mogán is the best-known spot: a small harbour with a marina and short canals crossed by footbridges, often called Little Venice. Further east lie Puerto Rico, Arguineguín and other resorts, each filling the mouth of its own ravine. On the map they appear as dense pockets of streets pressed between steep slopes and the Atlantic.
Between the coastal settlements, roads curl around headlands and climb into the hills in tight bends. A Mogán map poster centred on the harbour captures the neat marina basin and its canals, while a wider view shows the rhythm of ravine, beach and cliff that repeats along this stretch of shore.
Short canals thread through the low whitewashed harbour district and connect to the marina, a small but distinctive pattern that gave the port its Little Venice nickname.
Coastal towns fill the narrow mouths of barrancos, so each appears on the map as a compact wedge of streets bounded by steep ground on both sides.
Roads wrap around cliffs and headlands between beaches, tracing looping lines that show how rugged this part of the island is.

Aisea Mogán
Mogán is a favourite for winter sun, and many visitors return to the same harbour year after year. A map of the port or the resort you stayed in makes a calm souvenir, more personal than a postcard, especially with the dates of your stay in the subtitle.
Blueprint and Sand suit the sea and the dry island hills, with Classic black & white, Noir and Paper also on offer. Order a matte print with an optional frame, or download six HD sizes for $9 and print wherever you like.
