Winding hill roads
Roads leave the town in gentle curves, following ridges and valley floors. This gives the outer parts of the map a loose, organic pattern.

Mapa
Tangba Map Poster & Print
Tangba is a town in the western part of Chongqing Municipality, among the rolling hills of the eastern Sichuan Basin. The land here is a patchwork of low ridges and valleys, unlike the steep, stacked streets of central Chongqing. The map shows a compact town centre surrounded by roads that follow the folds of the ground.
This part of the basin has been farmed intensively for centuries. Fields are shaped to the slopes, and small ponds and reservoirs are scattered across the countryside. Towns such as Tangba act as local centres for markets, schools and services, and their roads link outward to villages and to larger district towns nearby.
A Tangba map poster shows how a settlement adapts to its terrain. The built-up core forms a dense cluster, while the lines around it curve and branch past hillsides and water. The result has a natural, flowing rhythm, closer to a landscape drawing than to a city plan.

Ponds and reservoirs
Small bodies of water are scattered across the countryside. They appear as solid shapes that break up the network of roads and paths.
Compact centre
The town core is a tight group of streets and blocks that stands out clearly against the open farmland. It forms a natural focal point at the centre of the poster.
