Wilnsdorf Map Poster & Print
Wilnsdorf is a municipality in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district, in the south of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is not one town but a group of villages spread through the wooded hills of the Siegerland, south-east of Siegen. From above, each village is a small cluster of streets in a valley or on a slope, surrounded by forest and meadow.
Forests cover much of the land between the settlements, so the map has large calm areas broken by winding roads that follow the valleys. The A45 motorway, known as the Sauerlandlinie, crosses the municipality and cuts a long, smooth curve through the hills, in clear contrast with the older village lanes.
A Wilnsdorf map poster shows that rural structure well. Several separate villages, each with its own compact core, sit in a landscape of forest and valleys, linked by a network of roads. It is a map of a region rather than a single town, and it suits people who know the Siegerland from walking or from home.

Wooded hills
Large forested areas fill the spaces between the villages. In print, they leave open, restful areas that make the settlements stand out more clearly.
Sauerlandlinie
The A45 motorway sweeps through the municipality in long, smooth curves, a strong modern line set against the winding roads of the older villages.
