Te mapa
Adjumani is the main town of Adjumani District in northern Uganda. It stands east of the Albert Nile, the stretch of the Nile that flows north from Lake Albert toward South Sudan. From above, the town is a modest grid of streets around a central area, with dirt roads heading out into flat, lightly wooded savanna.
The district is widely known for hosting large refugee settlements, mostly people who have come from South Sudan over several decades. As a result, the wider landscape has many small clusters of homes and tracks spread across the countryside. The town itself is still compact, and its roads read clearly against the open ground around it.
An Adjumani map poster will mean the most to people who have lived or worked here, including aid workers, teachers, health staff and families who have made the district home. The map keeps things simple: the town's street pattern, the roads that link it to the region, and a lot of open space on the page.
The river runs to the west of town. Depending on how you frame the map, it can appear as a strong natural line that anchors the composition.
The central streets form a loose, practical grid with administrative buildings and the market area, which gives the print a clear, legible centre.
Unpaved roads and tracks run out across flat country to villages and settlements. They thin gradually toward the edges and leave plenty of white space.

Koteā ko Adjumani
Many people who spend time in Adjumani are there for a posting or a demanding chapter of their lives. A map of the town is a restrained way to mark that period, without slogans and without photographs that feel too personal to put on a wall.
Add your own title and a subtitle with dates or a role, and edit the coordinates line if you want. Choose one of five styles, from Classic black and white to warm Sand, as a $9 digital download or a printed poster.
