Te mapa
Aourir lies on the Atlantic coast a few kilometres north of Agadir, where the plain narrows and the hills of the western High Atlas come close to the sea. On a map the town is a compact cluster between the coast road and the slopes, with streets following the terrain and a river valley cutting down toward the shore.
The town is widely known as Banana Village, a name that comes from the banana plantations in the fertile valley and the fruit stalls lining the main road. It also sits on a stretch of coast that has become popular with surfers, with Tamraght and Taghazout just to the north along the same shoreline.
The landscape around Aourir is varied for its size: sea, sand, cultivated valley floor and dry hillside all appear within a short distance. An Aourir map poster turns that mix into a clean graphic image, with the coastline as a strong edge and the town's small streets gathered in the angle between valley and road.
The shore runs along the western edge of the map, broken by small headlands and beaches that belong to one of Morocco's best-known surfing coasts.
The cultivated valley floor forms a green corridor through the hills, where plantations and gardens give the map a finer, more irregular texture.
The main road north from Agadir runs through the town, a firm line that organises the streets and links Aourir with the villages along the coast.

Koteā ko Aourir
Surfers who spent a season here, families with roots in the Souss and travellers who remember the road north from Agadir all have reasons to hang this map. It is small, clear and closely tied to the sea.
Personalise the title, add dates or a short line in the subtitle and adjust the coordinates. Sand suits the coast, Noir sharpens the shoreline, and Classic black & white, Paper and Blueprint complete the five styles. Download HD files for $9 or order a matte print.
