Babo-Pangulo lies in the province of Pampanga, in the southern part of the Central Luzon plain. The land here is mostly low and cultivated, but to the west it begins to rise toward the Zambales Mountains, and the map shows that shift from flat fields to more varied ground.
The community is built along its roads rather than around a formal grid. Houses and small streets line the main routes, with side lanes branching into the fields and gaps where farmland comes right up to the edge of the settlement.
