Te mapa
Be’er Ya‘aqov lies in the flat centre of Israel's coastal plain, between Rishon LeZion and Ramla, a short way inland from the Mediterranean. Jewish immigrants from the Caucasus founded it in 1907, and for decades it stayed a small farming settlement surrounded by citrus groves. From above, that early core still shows as a tight cluster of short streets. Much larger areas of newer housing now surround it on several sides.
The town has grown quickly in recent years, and the map shows it clearly. Residential loops and cul-de-sacs are laid out in planned blocks, with school grounds and small parks between them. Main roads run along the edges, and open land that once held orchards and military facilities is steadily being built on. The contrast between the old centre and the planned districts gives the drawing a layered feel, like a record of each stage of growth.
A Be’er Ya‘aqov map poster suits people who grew up here before the expansion. It also suits those who have moved into one of the new neighbourhoods and want a record of the town as it is now. In black and white the street pattern tells the whole story, with no labels or landmarks competing for attention, just the shape of a small settlement becoming a town.
The oldest part of town appears as a small knot of short, irregular streets. It is clearly different in scale from the planned neighbourhoods that have grown up around it.
Recent districts are drawn in sweeping curves and closed loops, a common pattern in contemporary Israeli planning. They fill much of the poster with soft, rounded lines.
Fields, former orchards and undeveloped plots around the town stay as blank space on the map. They frame the built-up area and show where growth is still under way.

Koteā ko Be’er Ya‘aqov
For many families, Be’er Ya‘aqov is where they bought a first home or where the children started school. A map records that chapter more quietly than a photograph. You can set your own title, add a date or a short subtitle, and keep the coordinates line as a precise marker of the place.
There are five styles to choose from: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF. You can also order a matte printed poster, with an optional wooden frame, from print partners in more than 30 countries.
