Te mapa
Beylikdüzü is one of Istanbul's western districts, facing the Sea of Marmara well beyond the historic peninsula. Most of it was built within the last few decades, and it looks like it on a map. There are large residential estates on wide plots, broad arterial roads, and a street pattern organised around developments rather than old village lanes. It became a separate district in 2008.
The D-100 highway crosses the district from east to west and acts as its spine, with the Metrobus line running along it to its terminus at Beylikdüzü. South of the highway the land drops toward the coast, where the Marmara shoreline gives the city a clean edge. North of it, newer blocks extend inland in regular clusters.
A Beylikdüzü map poster is a portrait of modern Istanbul rather than the postcard version. The geometry is what makes it work: long parallel roads, rows of towers, landscaped courtyards between them, and the sea along the bottom. For many residents it is simply home, and the map shows that home as a coherent piece of the wider city.
The main east-west highway runs through the district with the Metrobus alongside. It is a heavy straight line that divides the coastal neighbourhoods from the inland estates.
The southern edge of the district meets the Sea of Marmara, giving the map an open horizontal band of water below the dense housing.
Residential complexes are laid out as self-contained blocks with internal roads and green courts. The repeating pattern reads almost like a textile from above.

Koteā ko Beylikdüzü
Many families moved to Beylikdüzü for newer housing and more space, and a map of the district marks that step. It also makes a practical housewarming gift for someone who has just collected their keys.
Add a title and subtitle of your own, such as the name of your street or the year you moved in, and choose from five styles. Noir gives the tower blocks a nighttime feel. Order the $9 digital files or a matte printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
