Te mapa
Boujniba is a small town in the province of Khouribga, in central Morocco, on a high plateau known for its large phosphate deposits. The town developed in connection with phosphate mining, and on a map its streets show the planned character of a company town, with regular blocks and straight roads set within open, dry terrain.
The surrounding land has been shaped by decades of extraction, and mining areas, spoil heaps and industrial installations appear around the settlement. The town connects by road with Khouribga, the regional centre of phosphate production, and with other mining communities across the plateau.
A Boujniba map poster presents a very particular landscape: an orderly residential core, a few straight routes leading away, and the large irregular shapes of mining land around it. In black and white, the contrast between planned streets and worked terrain gives the map a distinctive, almost abstract quality.
Boujniba sits on the Khouribga plateau, one of the world's largest phosphate-producing areas, and its history is closely tied to that industry.
Regular blocks and straight streets reflect the town's development as a mining settlement, giving the centre a neat, organised pattern on the map.
Around the town, mining areas and industrial sites create large, irregular shapes, framing the residential streets with a strongly textured landscape.

Koteā ko Boujniba
Many families in Boujniba have worked in phosphate mining for generations, and those who have left often keep a strong bond with the town. A map of its streets is a simple way to honour that connection.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The digital HD files cost $9, and printed posters are available with an optional wooden frame.
