Te mapa
Cássia is a town in the south-west of Minas Gerais, in a part of the state known for rolling hills, farms and small, self-contained towns. From above, its centre is a modest arrangement of streets around a main square, with the grid bending to follow the terrain rather than holding a perfect rectangle. Residential blocks extend outward along the principal roads.
Beyond the urban area the map changes character. Country roads wind across the hills to farms and neighbouring municipalities, and streams draw thin, branching lines through the valleys. This part of Minas has long been devoted to farming and cattle, and its landscape is measured in fields and pastures rather than built-up land.
Cássia is not a large or well-known town, and that is exactly what makes its map valuable to the people connected to it. A Cássia map poster records a specific place at its real scale, a centre small enough to walk across, set within open countryside that fills much of the frame.
The main square sits at the heart of the town, and the surrounding streets spread out from it across the gently sloping ground.
The street pattern bends to fit the terrain, producing a grid that is regular in places and gently skewed in others.
Winding rural roads leave the town in several directions, crossing hills and valleys and giving the outer part of the poster its looping lines.

Koteā ko Cássia
Families from Minas Gerais often keep strong ties to their home towns and return for holidays and festivals even after years away. A map of Cássia keeps those streets present every day, not only on visits.
Write your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family surname or a wedding date, and choose one of five styles. The files cost $9 for all six sizes, delivered as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF, or you can order a printed poster instead.
