Te mapa
Daloa is the main city of the Haut-Sassandra region in west-central Ivory Coast. From above, it has a clear centre where the main roads meet, with residential areas spreading out between them in a mix of regular blocks and more informal streets. Beyond the edge of the city, the map opens up into farmland.
The surrounding area is one of the country's important cocoa and coffee regions, and Daloa has long served as a trading and transport centre for those crops. The roads that leave the city in several directions connect it to other towns in the west and to the main routes toward Abidjan.
A Daloa map poster shows a working regional city. The converging roads give the composition a strong structure, the neighbourhoods fill the spaces in between with a dense, varied texture, and the open ground around the edges frames the city in its agricultural landscape.

Between the main roads, planned blocks and more irregular streets sit side by side, giving the map a varied, detailed texture.
Around the city, the built-up area gives way to open land. It is a reminder of the cocoa and coffee farming that supports the region.

Koteā ko Daloa
Daloa means a lot to the families who live there and to those who left for Abidjan or abroad. A poster of the city is a simple and dignified way to keep that link visible.
