Te mapa
Delta del Tigre is a residential area in San José Department, Uruguay, west of Montevideo and part of the wider Ciudad del Plata area. From above it sits on flat, low land near the mouth of the Santa Lucía river, where it meets the broad estuary of the Río de la Plata. Streets form regular blocks that stop at wetlands, riverbanks and open ground.
Water shapes the whole map. The river, its marshy delta and the estuary coast frame the settlement on several sides, while the main road toward Montevideo crosses the area in a straight line. The grid is simple, and the natural edges give it an irregular outline.
A Delta del Tigre map poster shows a place where suburban streets and a watery landscape meet. In black and white, the clean blocks contrast with the soft, broken shapes of the wetlands and the wide expanse of the estuary.
The river and its delta wetlands lie close by, adding winding channels and marshy shapes that frame the built-up area.
The Río de la Plata stretches along the south, a vast open surface that gives the print a wide, calm horizon.
Residential streets are laid out in simple grids that end abruptly at wetlands and open land, creating a distinctive, broken outline.
