Te mapa
Denai Alam is a planned residential township in the Shah Alam area of Selangor, west of Kuala Lumpur. It was developed on former plantation land, and its layout reflects modern master planning: gently curving streets, looping crescents and small cul-de-sacs rather than a straight grid.
On a map, the township reads as a series of neighbourhood clusters, each with its own internal road pattern, linked by wider collector roads. Parks and open green spaces fill the gaps between them, and the major highways of the Klang Valley run along the edges.
A Denai Alam map poster shows the careful geometry of a contemporary suburb, where the road network forms loops and arcs rather than blocks. The curves produce an elegant, almost ornamental pattern, which translates particularly well into a minimalist black-and-white print.
Streets sweep in arcs and crescents across the township, a planned pattern that gives the map a soft, flowing texture.
The township is divided into distinct residential precincts, each recognisable on the map by its own shape and set of looping roads.
Parks and open land sit between the built-up areas, adding pale spaces that balance the density of the housing streets.
