Te mapa
Dinalupihan is the northernmost town of Bataan province in Central Luzon, at the point where the Bataan Peninsula joins the rest of the island. Most traffic entering Bataan passes through here, and on a map that role is clear: major roads from Pampanga, Olongapo and southern Bataan converge on the town, with its streets spread around the junctions.
East of the town lies low, flat ground with rice fields and fishponds stretching toward Manila Bay, while to the west the land rises toward forested hills. This contrast between plain and upland gives the map a clear direction, with the street network densest near the highways and thinning gradually as the terrain climbs.
Dinalupihan also has a place in wartime history: Layac Junction, within the town, lay on the route of the 1942 Bataan Death March as prisoners were forced north toward San Fernando. A Dinalupihan map poster captures the town as a crossing point between regions, drawn in simple lines that suit any of the five styles.
The meeting of roads toward Olongapo, Pampanga and southern Bataan forms the key crossing on the map, a strong node that anchors the whole composition.
Around the town hall and church, the streets tighten into a small grid of short blocks, forming the densest and most detailed part of the poster.
Low fields spread to the east while higher, wooded ground rises to the west, so the street pattern fades gradually from one side of the sheet to the other.
