Te mapa
Gaddi Annaram lies in the eastern part of Hyderabad, close to the Dilsukhnagar area. Its streets belong to the continuous urban fabric that has grown out from the old city over recent decades. On a map there are no open edges: the lanes run straight into the neighbouring areas, and only the major roads and occasional open spaces break up the pattern.
For many years the area was known across the city for its large wholesale fruit market, which drew traders and trucks from far away before the market moved to a new location. The street pattern still shows that commercial history, with broad roads feeding narrow residential lanes and small blocks packed closely along them.
A Gaddi Annaram map poster suits anyone who knows the area lane by lane. At poster scale the neighbourhood looks like a fine mesh, with a few main roads giving it structure. It is a portrait of a lived-in part of Hyderabad rather than a postcard view, and that is exactly what makes it personal.
A few wide roads cut through the area and link it to the rest of eastern Hyderabad. On the poster they form the main structure that the smaller lanes hang from.
Between the main roads, narrow lanes and small blocks make up a dense, irregular pattern. In black and white this texture is the most distinctive part of the map.
The area's long history as a fruit wholesale hub still shows in how traffic routes and larger plots sit among the housing. It gives the neighbourhood a clear identity within the city.

Koteā ko Gaddi Annaram
A neighbourhood poster works best for people with a real tie to the place: the house where they grew up, a first rented flat, a parents' home. This map shows the lanes at a level of detail people who know the area will recognise straight away.
Add a family name, the name of your colony or a date in the title and subtitle, and set the coordinates line to your address. Choose from five styles. Classic black & white and Blueprint bring out the fine grain of the streets.
