Golbahār Map Poster & Print
Golbahār is a planned new town on the open plain northwest of Mashhad in Razavi Khorasan, created to take some of the growth of the region's largest city. On a map, this shows clearly: wide avenues, long straight boulevards and regular blocks of housing laid out across level ground.
Unlike older Iranian towns with winding lanes and bazaars, the layout here is geometric and spacious. Large blocks are divided by broad roads, and some areas remain only partly built, leaving open plots between the finished districts.
The mountains to the north and south frame the plain, and main roads link Golbahār to Mashhad and to nearby towns. A Golbahār map poster shows a young town still taking shape, with its planned grid clearly visible against the surrounding land.
