Te mapa
Jebba lies on the south bank of the Niger River in Kwara State, facing Niger State across the water. On the map, the river dominates everything: a wide channel sweeping across the frame, with islands and rocky outcrops breaking the flow. The town itself is compact, gathered on the higher ground close to the crossing.
The Jebba Hydroelectric Power Station, completed in the 1980s, holds back a reservoir upstream and is one of Nigeria's major power sources. Downstream, the railway between Lagos and the north crosses the Niger on a long bridge. Together, the dam and bridge form the most distinctive man-made lines on the map.
A Jebba map poster captures a place defined by the river and by the infrastructure built across it. The broad, curving water, the straight lines of rail and road, and the small street pattern of the town combine into an unusual composition. It suits people from the area, engineers and anyone who knows the crossing.
The river runs broad across the map, broken by islands and rocks. It forms a natural boundary between two states and dominates the whole composition.
Upstream, the dam's straight barrier holds back a wide reservoir. It marks a major source of electricity for the country.
The rail line crosses the Niger on a long bridge near the town. It is the key link between southern and northern Nigeria at this point.

Koteā ko Jebba
Jebba is a place many Nigerians pass through or have worked in, often because of the dam or the crossing. A map of the town recognises that role and makes a clear, strong print, with the river as its central feature.
Add your own title and subtitle, or use the coordinates line for a date or a personal note. Blueprint suits the engineering story, and Noir makes the river a bold dark band. HD files cost $9 in six print sizes, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
