Te mapa
Kalur Kot is a town in Bhakkar District of Pakistan's Punjab province, a short distance east of the Indus River. The river's floodplain is wide here, with shifting channels, sandbars and cultivated islands, and the town stands on higher ground above it. On the map, the Indus is by far the strongest feature, a broad braided band to the west.
Inland, the land gradually gives way to the Thal, the sandy plain between the Indus and the Jhelum. Canal irrigation has turned much of it into farmland. Roads and canals here often run in long straight lines, and the town's streets connect to them where regional routes meet.
Kalur Kot is a local center for trade and services, serving villages across the floodplain and the drier ground inland. A Kalur Kot map poster captures that setting: a compact town, straight canal-side roads and the vast, restless shape of the Indus alongside them.
The river splits into many channels around sandbars and islands, forming a wide, intricate band of water and land that dominates the western side of the poster.
Irrigation canals cross the farmland in long, straight strokes. Roads often run beside them, creating a strong, ordered rhythm in the eastern half of the map.
Kalur Kot's streets form a dense cluster where regional roads meet, a small, clear focal point between the river and the open plain.
