Te mapa
La Clusaz grew where several valleys meet in the Aravis massif of Haute-Savoie. From above, the centre is a tight knot around the church, with roads branching out in several directions. One climbs toward the Col des Aravis, another heads down toward Thônes and Annecy, and others reach into side valleys dotted with chalets.
The ski area spreads across several mountainsides instead of one bowl, so it has a scattered shape with many arms. The village sits in reblochon country, where farming still shapes the pastures. It is also known for the long line of skiers and freeriders who learned on these slopes and went on to compete at the highest level.
A La Clusaz map poster shows this pattern well: a dense centre, a small lake up the Confins valley to the east, and houses thinning out along roads that climb into the pastures. Beyond them the Aravis ridge forms a hard edge, the kind of boundary that makes the village feel held in place.

This small mountain lake lies at the head of the Confins valley. On the map it is a neat shape of water among pasture and forest, a quiet counterpoint to the village.
The winding road to the col climbs out of the village and crosses toward the Val d'Arly. From the top there are wide views toward Mont Blanc.

Koteā ko La Clusaz
La Clusaz often belongs to families who come back every winter or summer, and to riders who know every run. A map of the village turns that familiarity into something calm and graphic: a record of where you stayed and the roads you drove in on.
Give it a title, a subtitle such as the name of a chalet, and a coordinates line, then pick one of five styles. HD files in six sizes cost $9 as 300 DPI PNGs and print-ready PDFs. You can also order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
