Te mapa
Maganoy is the town centre of Shariff Aguak in Maguindanao, on the island of Mindanao in the southern Philippines. It lies on the broad lowland drained by the Mindanao River system, and from above the landscape is dominated by open farmland, waterways and the roads that link the scattered barangays.
The built-up area is compact, with a small grid of streets around the centre and houses stretching out along the main routes. Beyond it, fields and irrigation channels create a patchwork, and rivers and creeks wind through the flat ground. The town has served as a provincial seat, so its roads connect it with other municipalities across the region.
A Maganoy map poster draws this lowland pattern clearly: a modest centre, long roads extending outward and the thin, curving lines of water across the plain. It is a quiet and accurate picture of a place shaped by agriculture and by the rivers of central Mindanao.
The poblacion forms a small, dense cluster of streets, giving the map a clear centre point against the open plain surrounding it.
Main roads run outward toward neighbouring towns, with houses lining them, so the map shows settlement stretched in long, thin bands.
Rivers, creeks and irrigation channels wind through the flat farmland, adding soft, meandering lines to the otherwise sparse composition.
