Maghār is a town in Israel's Northern District, in the Lower Galilee west of the Sea of Galilee. It is built on the southern slopes of Mount Hazon, looking out over the valley below. The population is mixed, with Druze, Christian and Muslim residents, and each community has its own neighbourhoods within the town.
