Te mapa
Nāgarpur lies in Tangail District, part of Dhaka Division, on the broad floodplain of central Bangladesh. The map is mostly open ground: farmland divided into small plots, scattered villages, ponds, and the winding lines of rivers and seasonal channels. The town itself is a modest cluster of streets where the local roads meet.
As in much of this part of the country, water shapes the landscape. Rivers shift over time, and embankments and raised roads carry settlements above flood level. Villages often line the higher ground in long, narrow strands. These patterns are hard to see from the ground but become clear and rhythmic from above.
A Nāgarpur map poster is less about a dense street grid and more about how people live with a moving river landscape. In black and white, the roads, the dotted settlements and the bands of water make a quiet, almost woven image that suits a calm wall in a home or study.
A compact core of streets and markets where regional roads meet. It is the densest point on the map before the network thins out into rural lanes.
Winding rivers and seasonal waterways cross the area. Their curves and branches give the composition its main lines and show how the delta keeps reshaping the land.
Settlements run along raised roads and higher banks. On the map they appear as long, beaded lines of buildings between open fields.

Koteā ko Nāgarpur
For families from Nāgarpur now living in Dhaka or abroad, a map of home keeps the familiar roads and rivers in view. It is more a personal object than a travel souvenir, and the plain rural geometry suits that.
