Te mapa
Nahariyya stretches along the Mediterranean in the Western Galilee, a few kilometres south of the Lebanese border at Rosh HaNikra. From above the coastline forms a long, straight western edge, and the city fills the flat coastal strip behind it with an orderly street grid that gradually gives way to newer neighbourhoods rising toward the eastern hills.
The town was founded in 1934 by Jewish immigrants from Germany, and its main axis follows the Ga'aton stream, which runs in a channel down the middle of the central boulevard to the sea. That line of water and trees is still the clearest feature on any map of the centre, dividing the town into its north and south halves.
A Nahariyya map poster sets this simple structure against the sea: the coast, the boulevard and the grid on either side. The open water occupies a calm field of the frame, and the streets read as a neat pattern leading down to the beach.
The central boulevard follows the Ga'aton stream from the east straight down to the shore, forming the spine of the map and the town's best-known street.
A long, nearly straight Mediterranean edge defines the western side of the city, with beaches and a promenade running along the water.
Newer districts spread inland toward the Galilee hills, their curving streets contrasting with the regular grid of the original settlement near the sea.

Koteā ko Nahariyya
Nahariyya is a city many people remember through its beach and boulevard, whether they grew up there, served nearby or spent summers by the sea. The coastline gives the poster a clear, balanced composition.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be changed to include a family name, a year or Hebrew lettering, and the map is available in Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. HD files are $9.
