Te mapa
Nohsa lies on the flat alluvial plain of the Ganges, on the western outskirts of Patna in Bihar. From above, it is a mix of older village lanes, newer residential plots and remaining fields. The pattern is irregular and closely packed, with the growing city pressing in from one side and farmland still visible on others.
The Nohsa map poster captures a place in transition. Narrow, winding lanes from the older settlement sit beside straighter roads laid out for new housing. Ponds and small water bodies appear as open shapes between the buildings. A wider frame brings in the major roads that connect the area to Patna's centre.
The plain around Patna is among the most densely populated farmland in India, and many former villages on the city's edge have been drawn into its growth. Nohsa is one of them, and its map shows that shift clearly: rural patterns being gradually overwritten by the geometry of urban expansion.
The oldest part of Nohsa is a dense tangle of narrow, curving lanes. It gives the map fine texture and marks where the settlement began.
Newer residential areas follow straighter roads and regular plots. They show how Patna's growth is reshaping the area's layout.
Water bodies and remaining farmland appear as open spaces between the built-up areas. They add calm and contrast to the tightly packed streets.
