Te mapa
Paniqui is a municipality in the province of Tarlac, in the heart of the broad Central Luzon plain. From above, it is surrounded by a checkerboard of rice fields crossed by irrigation channels and farm roads. The land is so flat that the town's streets can run straight in almost any direction.
The centre follows the pattern common to Philippine towns: a plaza, the church and municipal buildings. Streets around them form a compact grid. The MacArthur Highway, the old main road north through Luzon, passes through the town and stretches the built-up area into a long line along its edges.
A Paniqui map poster shows the order of a lowland farming town: a dense centre, straight roads and rice land reaching to the horizon. Its structure is simple and legible, and prints well at any size.
The town centre is organised around a plaza and church, with a regular grid of streets spreading out around this civic heart.
The historic north–south highway through Luzon runs through Paniqui and draws houses and shops along its length.
Irrigated paddies surround the town. They give the edges of the map a fine rectangular texture of channels and field roads.

Koteā ko Paniqui
Many people from Paniqui now live far from Tarlac, and a map of the town is a simple way to keep home on the wall: the plaza, the family street, the road out through the fields.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a barangay or family name, and the coordinates line. Then choose one of five styles, from crisp Classic black & white to the warm tones of Sand.
