Te mapa
Pekan Nenas is a town in the Pontian district of Johor, in the far south of the Malaysian peninsula. Its name means pineapple town in Malay, a direct reference to the crop long grown on the low-lying land of this area. The map is shaped by that agricultural setting, with the town surrounded on all sides by broad cultivated ground.
The built-up area is compact, with a small commercial core and residential lanes spreading outward from it. Beyond, long straight roads and drainage channels cut the flat land into large rectangular plots, a pattern typical of plantation landscapes. On a poster these straight lines run all the way to the edges of the frame, giving a strong sense of order.
A Pekan Nenas map poster works as a portrait of a farming town and the geometry that farming creates. It is a natural choice for families from the area and for anyone who connects Johor with fresh pineapple, and the sparse, orderly layout translates particularly well into minimalist black-and-white design.
A compact centre of short commercial streets and residential lanes forms the densest part of the map, clearly set apart from the fields around it.
Straight farm roads and field boundaries divide the surrounding land into large rectangles, one of the clearest agricultural patterns a map can show.
Ditches and channels that manage water on the low, flat land run in long parallel lines, adding fine linear detail to the composition.

Koteā ko Pekan Nenas
Small towns like Pekan Nenas are rarely printed on posters, which makes a map of one feel personal and specific. Use the title and subtitle for a family name, a kampung, a year or a short dedication, and keep the coordinates to pinpoint the exact place.
Sand and Paper bring warmth to the plantation grid, Blueprint makes the straight lines feel almost technical, and Noir and Classic black & white keep it bold. Digital files are $9 for six print sizes at 300 DPI, and printed posters are available on matte paper with an optional wooden frame.
