Te mapa
Qabāţīyah sits in the uplands of the northern West Bank, a short distance south of Jenin. From above, the town reads as a loose network of streets climbing and curving over uneven ground. The built area thins out into surrounding fields and olive groves rather than ending at a hard edge, and the pattern of roads shows clearly how the terrain has shaped where people built.
The main road between Jenin and Nablus runs close to the town and anchors its layout. Side streets branch off it and wind uphill, often bending sharply to follow the slope. Denser blocks near the older centre give way to more scattered houses on the outskirts, which gives the map a clear sense of growth moving out from a core.
A Qabāţīyah map poster turns this hill geography into a study of line and density. Without colour or labels crowding the view, the eye follows the curving streets and the way they gather and spread. It is a quiet, legible portrait of a place whose shape comes straight from the land beneath it.
Many roads curve with the hillsides instead of running straight, so the street plan traces the topography and shows the slopes without any shading.
The regional road linking Jenin and Nablus passes by the town, forming a strong line on the map from which much of the local network branches.
The built area loosens into open agricultural land around its margins, leaving calm white space that frames the denser centre.
