Toward the Semnoz
On the southern side, streets end in forest where the Semnoz massif begins. The poster shows that boundary as a clear line between the dense built area and open, untouched ground.

Te mapa
Seynod sits on the south-western side of Annecy. From above, it is a wide spread of residential streets, roundabouts and small commercial zones on land that rises gently from the valley floor. To the south and east the ground tilts toward the forested flanks of the Semnoz, and the street pattern loosens as it meets the trees.
Since 2017 Seynod has been part of the merged commune of Annecy, but it still reads as its own district on the map. It has its own centre, its own schools and sports grounds, and a web of cul-de-sacs typical of towns that grew quickly in the late twentieth century. Main roads run through it toward Annecy and the lake to the north-east.
A Seynod map poster shows a place defined by where it sits: between a lake town and a mountain. The dense grid of the Annecy basin thins out here into curving lanes, fields and wooded edges. Printed in black and white, the change from built-up ground to slope is easy to read, even without contour lines.
On the southern side, streets end in forest where the Semnoz massif begins. The poster shows that boundary as a clear line between the dense built area and open, untouched ground.
Much of Seynod is made up of looping residential lanes and dead-end streets. At poster scale they form small cell-like clusters, quite different from the older, straighter streets of central Annecy.
Several main roads run north-east out of Seynod toward Annecy and its lake, tying the district to the wider basin and giving the composition strong diagonal lines.

Koteā ko Seynod
People who live in Seynod often think of it as home in its own right rather than just a corner of Annecy. A poster of its streets keeps that local identity, whether you grew up here, moved for work, or spent your weekends walking up toward the Semnoz.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example to add a street name or the year you moved in. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then order it as a printed poster or download the $9 HD files.
