Te mapa
Toledo lies on the western coast of Cebu, looking across the Tañon Strait toward Negros. From above, the city is a long strip of settlement along the shore, thickest around the port and the town centre, with roads fanning inland into a rugged interior of ridges, river valleys and scattered barangays rather than one continuous urban area.
The city's modern growth is tied to copper. Large open-pit mining in the hills made Toledo one of the country's best-known mining centres in the twentieth century, and the landscape still carries the mark of that industry in cleared benches, haul roads and broad worked areas that read as unusual geometric shapes on a map.
Ferries run from Toledo's port to San Carlos on Negros, making it a regular crossing point between the two islands. A Toledo map poster brings the coastline, the harbour and the hill roads into one frame, a reminder that this city is defined as much by its terrain as by its streets.
The coast runs along the city's western edge, a long clean line of water that gives the poster its main boundary and a clear sense of direction.
The densest street pattern gathers near the harbour, where the ferry to Negros docks and the town's commercial blocks meet the main coastal road.
Inland, the map opens into winding roads and large cleared areas linked to decades of copper mining, forms that look almost abstract when drawn in fine lines.

Koteā ko Toledo
Toledo is a place people often leave for work in Cebu City or abroad, and return to often. A map of its coast and hills is a way of keeping home on the wall, whether that is a barangay near the port or a family house further inland.
Add a family name, a barangay or a date to the title and subtitle, adjust the coordinates line, and choose a style: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries, or you can download the HD files for $9.
