Te mapa
Tuanbao is a town in Lichuan, in the Enshi area of western Hubei. It sits in rugged, mountainous country, and from above the land controls everything: settlements occupy valley floors and gentler slopes, while roads wind along the contours to connect them. The street network is small and shaped closely by the terrain.
This part of Hubei is known for its mountains, forests and terraced farming, and Tuanbao shares that character. The map shows a town centre with a modest cluster of streets, surrounded by winding routes that lead to villages tucked into the folds of the hills.
A Tuanbao map poster is a portrait of mountain life rather than urban density. Lines curve and double back, roads cling to valleys, and open space dominates the frame. In black and white, the result is almost like a drawing of the landscape itself, traced through the routes people use every day.
The main settlement occupies a stretch of flatter ground in the valley, forming the densest cluster of streets on an otherwise sparse map.
Roads follow the contours of the steep terrain, curving and switching back as they connect the town with villages in the surrounding hills.
Ridges and valleys shape where people can build, leaving much of the map open and giving the composition a strong sense of the land.

Koteā ko Tuanbao
For people from Tuanbao and the mountains of Enshi, this map is a quiet reminder of home. Its winding lines and wide spaces make it a thoughtful, minimal piece, especially for those now living far from the hills.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised with a name, a village or a date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download HD files for $9 or order a printed poster.
