Ucu Seles lies in the interior uplands of Kwanza Sul province in western Angola, inland from the Atlantic coast. On a map, the town is small and fairly open. A handful of main roads meet near the centre, and houses and smaller streets spread out along them before giving way to farmland and open ground.
