关于地图
Bāda Map Poster & Print
Bāda lies in central Rajasthan, on the open, semi-arid plain between the Aravalli hills and the lands to the east. On a map, it is a compact settlement. There is a knot of narrow lanes at the centre and wider roads at the edges, and the fields around it are divided into irregular plots. The land is fairly flat, so roads run in long, simple lines.
Little detailed information about the town is widely published, and it is best understood by its setting. It is a local centre for farming villages, linked by road to larger towns in the Ajmer area. Water tanks and seasonal ponds, a common feature of this dry landscape, appear as small shapes among the fields.
A Bāda map poster has a spare, graphic quality: a dense cluster of lanes set on a wide, lightly marked plain. It is a modest image, honest to the scale of the place, and suits anyone with family roots in the town who wants to keep its shape close at hand.

Roads leave the town in long, straight lines across the flat land, connecting it with nearby villages and larger towns.
Fields and tanks
Around the town, irregular field boundaries and small water tanks give the open land a fine, quiet texture.
