关于地图
Rongo Map Poster & Print
Rongo is a town in Migori County in southwestern Kenya, in the green, well-watered country between Lake Victoria and the highlands. From above it has a simple, readable form. A main road passes through the town, and the commercial centre builds up along it. Smaller streets and footpaths branch out on either side into homesteads and cultivated plots.
The town is home to Rongo University, which has brought students, staff and new buildings to the area and gives the map a distinct institutional block. The surrounding countryside is farmed intensively, so the edges of the map fill with a fine mesh of tracks rather than empty space.
A Rongo map poster turns this into a clean study of how a road town grows. The main route carries the strongest line, the centre shows as a denser knot of streets, and the paths radiating outward become a light, almost textile pattern. It is a modest place, drawn honestly and without decoration.

University grounds
Rongo University appears as a distinct block with its own internal roads and open space, set apart from the market streets.
Farm track mesh
Around the town a web of small paths links homesteads and fields, giving the outer parts of the map a soft, even texture.
