The map
Centar Župa lies in the hills of western North Macedonia, a short distance from the border with Albania. This is a landscape of steep slopes and narrow valleys rather than flat plains, and the map shows it plainly. Roads switch back and forth to gain height, and buildings gather in small clusters wherever the ground allows.
The name refers to the Župa area, a group of upland villages east of the Debar reservoir on the Black Drin. The municipality stands out in the region for its largely Turkish-speaking population. Life here has long been shaped by altitude, pasture and the few roads that link the villages to the valley below.
A Centar Župa map poster is sparse by nature. Instead of a dense grid, it shows thin lines following the shape of the terrain, isolated lanes and, at wider framings, the edge of water in the valley. That openness is the appeal. The empty space says as much as the roads do, much like the landscape itself.
Mountain roads fold back on themselves as they climb from the valley. Their zigzag lines are the map's most distinctive feature at close range.
Instead of one continuous town, the settlement appears as separate knots of lanes and houses spread across the hillsides, each linked to the others by a single winding road.
At wider framings, the water of the Debar reservoir on the Black Drin appears at the western edge, a smooth shape against the fine texture of the hills.

Why Centar Župa
It suits anyone with family roots in the Župa villages, and travellers who have driven these mountain roads and want something more personal than a photograph. The minimal drawing turns remote upland geography into a calm, graphic piece.
Add a family name, a village or a year to the title and subtitle, then keep or edit the coordinates. Pick one of five styles, from Paper for a warmer tone to Noir for a dark wall. The digital files come as 300 DPI PNGs and print-ready PDFs.
