La carte
Saatlı Map Poster & Print
Saatlı is the administrative centre of Saatlı District in central Azerbaijan, set on the broad lowland drained by the Kura and Aras rivers. The land here is almost completely flat, and from above the town shows up as a neat block of streets surrounded by a large, regular grid of fields and water channels.
A Saatlı map poster reflects that orderly setting. Main streets cross the town in straight lines, lined with low houses and gardens, and the built-up area gives way quickly to open countryside. Irrigation canals and field boundaries continue the geometry well beyond the edge of town, creating a calm, linear composition.
The district is primarily agricultural, relying on irrigation from the river system to grow crops on the dry plain. The Aras River runs to the south of the district before joining the Kura nearby, and roads from Saatlı connect it to neighbouring district centres and toward Baku to the east.

Irrigation channels
Canals and ditches run across the surrounding plain in long straight lines, extending the grid of the town into the farmland around it.
Open lowland
The flat Kura–Aras lowland surrounds Saatlı on all sides, so the town appears as a clear, compact shape set within a broad field pattern.
