Magdalena riverbank
The river runs along one side of town, wide and steady. It is the dominant natural feature of the map and contrasts strongly with the street grid.

Sabanagrande Map Poster & Print
Sabanagrande is a town in the department of Atlántico, on the western side of the Magdalena River south of Barranquilla. The land here is low and flat, shaped by the river and by the wetlands and marshes that spread across the lower Magdalena basin. On a map the town forms a compact grid close to the river, and the main road links it to neighbouring riverside towns.
Like other communities along this stretch of the Magdalena, Sabanagrande has long lived with the river. Fishing, farming and trade along the water have shaped daily life for generations. The highway running parallel to the river makes the trip to Barranquilla short, so the town sits within the orbit of the Caribbean coast's largest city while keeping its own character.
A Sabanagrande map poster captures the meeting of town and river. The regular blocks, the road along the bank and the broad water of the Magdalena give the sheet a clear structure. The wetlands at the margins add a softer, more irregular texture that reads especially well in Paper or Sand.

Riverside highway
The main road follows the river north toward Barranquilla and south to neighbouring towns, a long line tying Sabanagrande to the Atlántico coast.
