Jasaan Map Poster & Print

Jasaan lies on the northern coast of Mindanao in Misamis Oriental, facing Macajalar Bay east of Cagayan de Oro. The town stretches along the coastal highway, with a compact centre near the shore and barangays spreading along the road and up into the hills behind.

Jasaan is known for its Spanish-era church, one of the older colonial structures in northern Mindanao. Rivers and streams descend from the uplands to the bay, cutting across the coastal strip and shaping the town's layout.

A Jasaan map poster frames the meeting of land and sea: the smooth curve of the bay, the long coastal road and the more irregular roads inland. In black and white, the shoreline and the narrow built-up strip form a simple, elegant composition.

Coastal highway

The main road runs parallel to the sea, with the town and its barangays spread along it in a linear pattern.

03

Inland streams

Streams flow from the hills to the bay, crossing the coastal strip and breaking up the built-up area in several places.
