Jiangjia is a town in Chongqing municipality, in the hilly terrain north of the main urban area. From above, its streets follow the shape of the ground, running along valley floors and curving around slopes instead of forming a straight grid. The built-up area is shaped by the hills around it, with open land beyond the last streets.
