Phu Kradueng is a district town in Loei province in northeastern Thailand. It is best known as the base for Phu Kradueng National Park, where a sandstone massif rises from the surrounding plain to a broad, flat summit plateau. On a map, the town is a compact cluster of streets. The mountain's contour lines begin close by and stack up tightly towards the plateau.
The town itself is modest. A main road carries most of the traffic, and short side streets branch off it into residential lanes, markets and temple grounds. Beyond them the pattern loosens into field boundaries, irrigation lines and scattered villages. Because the built-up area is small, the rural surroundings carry much of the drawing's character, and the town reads as a clear node within an open landscape.
A Phu Kradueng map poster sets that contrast between a settled grid and the empty, elevated mass of the mountain in plain black and white. Walkers who have climbed the long trail to the plateau often want a record of where the ascent began. This map places the trailhead town at the centre and leaves room for the high ground around it.
The national park's sandstone massif has a nearly flat top enclosed by steep flanks. Mapped, it appears as a dense ring of slope lines around a wide, calm interior.
The town's streets gather along the main road, where the grid is tightest. They form the darkest part of the drawing before thinning into lanes and fields.
Minor roads and farm tracks run outward from the town to surrounding villages. They trace a loose web across the lowland that balances the concentrated centre.

Ko e ha Phu Kradueng
Many visitors know Phu Kradueng through the climb, a long day on foot that ends on a cool plateau of pine and open meadow. A print of the town at the mountain's base marks the place where that trip began, and it is a quieter keepsake than a photograph.
You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates line, for example with the date of your hike. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital files cost $9, or you can order a printed poster, with a wooden frame if you like.
