Ibicoara Map Poster & Print
Ibicoara is a small town in the southern part of the Chapada Diamantina, the mountainous plateau region in the heart of Bahia. On a map the town itself is modest, a compact grid of streets on high ground. Around it, the terrain opens into a landscape of ridges, valleys and river gorges, with roads winding between them instead of running straight.
The municipality is best known for the Cachoeira do Buracão, a waterfall that drops into a deep, narrow canyon and draws hikers from across Brazil. The high altitude also gives Ibicoara a cooler climate than much of Bahia, and farming on the plateau around the town includes irrigated crops and coffee. Unpaved tracks lead out towards the natural sites and rural communities.
An Ibicoara map poster pairs the orderly streets of a small town with the wide, empty spaces of the Chapada. The grid is compact enough to recognise individual blocks, while the surrounding roads trace the curves of the terrain. It suits people from Ibicoara and travellers who remember the trail to the Buracão and the long views across the plateau.

Waarom Ibicoara
Een kaart met betekenis
Ibicoara is where many people's Chapada Diamantina trip begins or ends, and for residents it is a quiet highland home. A map of the town is a calm way to remember both the streets and the landscape beyond them.
Add a title, a subtitle such as the date of a trek, and keep or change the coordinates line. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand echoes the colours of the plateau.
