Turia channel
The wide, straight channel built to divert the Turia around Valencia runs close to the municipality. It shows up as a strong, engineered band across the map.

Xirivella Map Poster & Print
Xirivella belongs to the metropolitan area of Valencia, directly west of the city. Its boundaries run close to the capital's neighbourhoods, so on a map it looks almost continuous with Valencia. Only the major roads, rail lines and the wide southern channel of the Turia river mark the separation.
The municipality has a compact, dense core of apartment blocks and older streets, bounded by transport corridors. Pockets of the traditional huerta, the irrigated farmland of the Valencian plain, survive at the edges as small rectangular plots and irrigation ditches. That contrast between urban density and agricultural geometry gives the map its character.
A Xirivella map poster suits residents and families who have lived here for generations, especially those who value the town's own identity inside the larger metropolitan area. In monochrome, the dense streets, the river channel and the leftover fields form a crisp, graphic study of an urban edge.

Huerta remnants
Small plots of irrigated farmland survive at the edges, divided by ditches and paths. Their fine rectangles recall how the whole plain once looked.
Transport corridors
Highways and rail lines frame the dense core and separate it from neighbouring districts. They give the town a clearly defined shape on the map.

Waarom Xirivella
Een kaart met betekenis
Suburbs rarely get their own map, yet they are home to most people. A Xirivella print lets residents mark the streets they know, separately from the larger city next door.
The title can read Xirivella or Chirivella, with any subtitle and coordinates line you like. Choose from five styles, download the six print sizes for $9, or order a framed matte poster from a European print partner.
