Beşikdüzü sits on the Black Sea coast west of the city of Trabzon, and its map is defined by one strong contrast: the straight coastline to the north and the sharply rising hills to the south. The town stretches along the shore, and most of its streets run parallel to the sea, with only short connections climbing up the slopes.
The coastal highway that runs along much of northern Turkey passes through the town and forms its main axis.
