Te mapa
Arrentela is a parish in the municipality of Seixal, on the south bank of the Tagus estuary across from Lisbon. On a map it borders the Seixal bay, a sheltered arm of tidal water that pushes inland from the estuary. The shoreline is irregular and soft-edged. Behind it, residential neighbourhoods fill the gently sloping ground in a dense, mixed pattern of streets.
The Seixal bay has long shaped life on this side of the river. Small boatyards, mills and waterfront industry once lined its shores, and the calm water still gives the area its character. Arrentela's streets grew outward over the twentieth century as the south bank developed into part of greater Lisbon. The result is a varied plan without a single dominant grid.
An Arrentela map poster is a picture of the Margem Sul from close up: an estuary edge, a bay, and the streets of a place people call home, rather than a postcard view of the capital. It is best suited to people who grew up here or live here now, and it gains depth in styles that separate the water clearly from the land.
The inlet of tidal water forms the most striking shape on the map. Its winding shoreline defines Arrentela's edge toward the estuary.
Arrentela belongs to the ring of communities facing Lisbon across the Tagus, part of the wider urban region on the river's southern side.
Streets from different decades sit side by side, creating a patchwork plan instead of one regular grid across the parish.

The poster is a personal choice, most often for someone who grew up by the bay or has family on the south bank. It turns an everyday neighbourhood into a clean graphic image worth framing.
Add your own title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps a family name or the year you moved in. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters come on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
