Te mapa
Boisar lies in Palghar district in Maharashtra, north of Mumbai, on the Western Railway line that connects the region's towns to the city. On a map the railway is the town's backbone: a straight line running roughly north to south, with streets gathering densely around the station and then loosening into residential lanes and open land further out.
West of the town is the Tarapur industrial area, a large estate of factories laid out on a regular plan of wide roads and rectangular plots. Beyond it, on the coast, stands the Tarapur Atomic Power Station, which began operating in 1969 as India's first commercial nuclear power plant, placing a small town at the centre of an important chapter in the country's industry.
Between the industrial estate and the sea are villages, creeks and farmland, so the map moves from an orderly factory grid to a looser rural texture within a few kilometres. A Boisar map poster traces that shift clearly, showing a town defined by its railway line, its industry and its closeness to the western shoreline.
The Western Railway runs straight through Boisar, and the station area forms the densest part of the town, with most streets arranged in relation to the line.
The Tarapur industrial estate appears as a large, regular block of straight roads and plots, the most geometric part of the map and a clear contrast to the town centre.
Toward the west, creeks and low-lying land lead to the Arabian Sea, where the power station sits beside the shoreline.

Koteā ko Boisar
Many people have moved to Boisar for work at the industrial estate or the power station, and a map of the town marks that chapter of life. It also suits anyone who commuted on the line to Mumbai or grew up nearby.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised, for example with a joining date or a family name. Pick from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand; Blueprint suits the engineering character of the place.
